Job Description

• Create and implement all human resources policies and procedures,
• Take part in the full recruitment cycle in Global & Non-Tech roles,
• Managing and solving employee relations’ issues,
• Working closely to improve employee relationships and engagement,
• Assisting employees in the onboarding process,
• Ensuring all employee and candidate records are updated and maintained,
• Help organize events to boost employee morale and retention,
• Take part in employee branding activities and processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
• Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, especially in recruiting,
• Great command of spoken and written English is a must,
• Interested in People & Culture functions and want to take responsibility starting from the very first day,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Desire to learn and improve on a daily basis,
• Being self-driven as well as being team-oriented,
• A can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability.
