What you will do:

Leadership: Lead a team of 4 external engineers alongside your Tech Lead, ensuring clear communication and accountability over a 1-year project. Focus on team motivation and milestone delivery.

Roadmapping: Create a delivery roadmap by breaking down complex tasks into manageable work packages, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving incremental releases.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts simply to non-technical stakeholders. Ensure collaboration across departments to deliver value and meet user needs, while keeping leadership informed of progress.

Delivery Management: Own the workstream’s timeline, ensuring deadlines are met, risks are addressed early, and blockers are resolved. Focus on continuous delivery through step-by-step releases.

Support Product Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, design user flows, and create technical tasks in coordination with the product manager and tech lead.

What you should bring:

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

● 5+ years of experience in technical product management, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

● Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects, managing both technical and business requirements.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to break down, prioritize and communicate complex tasks effectively.

● Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

● Experience with agile and iterative product development methodologies.

● Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering results under pressure.

● Strong hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and payment services

● Experience with process diagramming is a plus

● Fluent in English (written and spoken)
