CRM & Data Analyst

Syngenta Poland is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM & Data Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.

Syngenta Poland is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM & Data Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational aspects of CRM initiatives
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights
- Support sales team performance through commercial strategies
- Monitor and report on commercial activities
- Ensure data quality and accuracy
- Manage customer data collection, storage, and governance
- Create and implement analytical frameworks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or CRM project management
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/IT/Statistics or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau for advanced data analytics
- Programming skills in SOQL, JAVA, and DAX; experience with Salesforce development would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM teams, developers, and sales teams
