Product Manager – Retail Assets

As a Product Manager – Retail Assets, you will lead the strategic development and management of personal loan products, ensuring competitive market positioning and strict adherence to bank policies.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the review and development of existing and new personal loan products or their variants.
• Prepare business documentation for product launches and market research.
• Manage the smooth operation of personal loans, ensuring significant income generation for the bank.
• Regularly monitor product utilization and introduce new variant features based on market trends.
• Review product profitability and recommend changes to improve profitability and reduce costs.
• Ensure the bank’s website is updated and effectively promotes personal loans.
• Represent personal loan products effectively through cross-sell campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end process of developing and enhancing processes, systems, and procedures for new and enhanced product offerings.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all product-related activities and procedures, ensuring compliance with AML and internal control standards.
• Manage and monitor the generation of MIS for personal loans monthly to assess business performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in banking.
• Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards.
• Leadership skills to motivate and influence a team of sales and service people.
• Self-motivated, creative, and a proven self-starter.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
