As part of their continued expansion across Europe, the firm is looking for a Senior-Level Project Manager (CX) to lead complex data centre commissioning projects in Norway.

In this role, you will take ownership of large-scale commissioning projects, ensuring the successful integration of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, while maintaining safety, quality, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of commissioning and performance acceptance testing for critical infrastructure, including HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, and monitoring systems.
• HSE & Compliance: Drive a zero-harm safety culture, ensuring all projects adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Financial & Risk Management: Control project budgets, cost forecasting, and change orders, ensuring financial success and risk mitigation.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Quality Assurance: Lead QA/QC processes to maintain the highest industry standards.
• Performance & Reporting: Conduct Earned Value and Cost Performance reporting to track project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Business Growth: Build strong relationships with clients and partners to identify and develop new opportunities in the Norwegian market.

What you need to bring to this role

✔️ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, ideally within mission-critical infrastructure.

✔️ Proven experience managing large-scale data centre commissioning projects.

✔️ Strong project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).

✔️ In-depth understanding of mechanical and electrical commissioning, with the ability to interpret schematics and P&IDs.

✔️ Knowledge of Norwegian safety regulations (or equivalent international standards).

✔️ Financially savvy, with experience in budget management and cost control.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-quality deliverables.

✔️ A strong communicator and leader, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
