Project Manager

Role Description:

• Manage the site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of the project with high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accomplish project objectives by planning and scheduling, resource allocation while providing technical assistance and ensuring high quality works.
• Responsible for allocation of site staff in coordination with the Senior Projects Manager.
• Maintain a cost management system all through the project duration.
• Ensure that the project is progressing as per the approved programme of works.
• Ensure high quality standards of all works that are being carried out
• Coordinate with the Quality Surveyor in regards to monthly payments and variations.
• Implement a strict safety measures on site.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (site experience) with license from Society of UAE Engineering
• Minimum 15 - 20 Years

Industries Acceptable From:

• Civil Construction Industry (Contracting/Consultancy/Developer)
