hackajob have partnered with a software consultancy. We are currently looking for a Software Product Delivery Manager to join the growing team.

Role: Software Product Delivery Manager (Full Time)

Location: Anywhere in the US

Work model: Fully Remote

Qualifications:

• Initiated client and project work with a consultative approach, effectively estimating the scope and complexity of custom software projects.
• Successfully managed Agile software delivery projects using a variety of methodologies (e.g., Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.).
• Provided continuous project support, identifying potential roadblocks and facilitating ideation and solutions to improve client and delivery outcomes.
• Delivered specific, actionable feedback to technologists and designers through formal reviews and ad hoc guidance and coaching.
• Actively sought opportunities for others to develop their knowledge, skills, and capabilities through support, resources, and advocacy for their career growth.
• Made thoughtful decisions and set clear direction in situations of ambiguity, enabling teams to produce high-quality outcomes.
• Utilized strong communication skills to connect empathetically with stakeholders and colleagues, ensuring transparency and keeping everyone informed.

Offer: Up to $180K salary depending on experience + benefits package (negotiable)
