Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to enhance and optimize machine learning pipelines that provide real-time analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience deploying ML models in production.
• Expertise in tabular and time-series data, classical and modern ML techniques (gradient boosted trees, neural networks).
• Strong background in statistics, Bayesian inference, and probabilistic modeling.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Jupyter) and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization, cloud-based ML pipelines, and real-time analytics.
• Ability to communicate complex data models to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

This role focuses on evolving AI-powered insights, moving beyond individual inspections to a systems-wide approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with noisy, real-world data and is passionate about creating scalable ML solutions.

• Collaborate with AI and Product teams to define problem domains and technical requirements.
• Collect, clean, and process data to develop key ML features.
• Build, test, and refine machine learning models.
• Oversee and optimize the ML pipeline for scalability and efficiency.
