Agile Team Coach

Client is seeking an Agile Team Coach. This role is a contract postition. It will require 2x per week onsite in St. Paul, MN.

The candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach working with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Agile-related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience with Agile product management tools and practices.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of projects and programs across various teams, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions and vendor solutions using agile methodologies.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, schedules, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure proper alignment and seamless execution.
• Apply Agile frameworks to break down vendor solution implementations into iterative cycles, ensuring flexibility and continuous delivery.
• Drive the agile adoption and evolution within the organization by continuously improving practices and workflows.
• Ensure timely reporting of project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment, balancing the needs of both agile development and traditional project management.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within and across teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology goals.
  
  

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $90- $105
