About Job

We are currently seeking Graduate Engineers, reporting directly to Discipline Manager to join our team based in Doha, Qatar.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will engage in a structured two years training program designed to enhance your professional skills and knowledge. The selected candidate will be assigned to a specific discipline based on their career aspirations, where they will participate in hands-on projects and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.

About You

• Bachelor's/Master’s Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Chemical) from an accredited institution.
• Recent graduation or upcoming graduation within the past two years.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated achievement in coursework and extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and roles.
