Proven track record of driving complex tech initiatives, collaborating across teams to ensure smooth deliver

Focus on large scale platform modernization

Develop project plans, roadmaps, and migration strategies

Deep understanding of ITSM processes, Knowledge on ServiceNow

Manage cross-functional dependencies, identify potential blockers and drive resolutions proactively

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Agile, Scrum, SAFe certifications, Rally, JIRA etc.
