Full Stack Developer (mid level)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Stockholm Studio, home to Rovio’s iconic game Angry Birds 2. As a Full Stack Developer, you will join our growing Technology craft and work on improving and expanding our internal tools and services, which support the entire Angry Birds 2 game team. This role will contribute to delivering a seamless experience to our players by enhancing and refining our inhouse tools, focusing on both user experience and performance optimization.

Our studio is located in the heart of Stockholm, offering a vibrant, creative environment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide relocation support for this position.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

• Building and maintaining web tools and services for Angry Birds 2 using React
• Developing REST APIs in C# and .NET Core for game-related tooling
• Collaborating in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and bug fixing
• Writing clean, maintainable code, including testing (unit testing) and documentation
• Working as a team with other developers, designers and artists
  
  

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• A few years of experience working with Typescript and React (or similar frontend technologies)
• Web development experience with modern TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React, as you will spend part of your time working on the Frontend of the tooling
• Recent experience with C# and .NET Core, along with PostgreSQL
• Experience developing RESTful services
• Practical experience working in Agile software development teams, utilising Scrum or Kanban
• Collaborative mentality with strong communication skills in English
