• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field


• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience


• Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements


• Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification


• Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC)


• Experience with recruitment marketing


• Knowledge of programming languages and technical frameworks


• Experience with Boolean search techniques


• Background in technology or software development


• Experience with remote hiring and virtual interviewing


• Multi-lingual capabilities

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
  
  

• Rate starts at $5 per hour


• Payment is made via Deel
