The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic, fast-paced tech team at an early-to-mid-stage startup. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our tech stack, explore the potential of Salesforce functionality, and drive innovation that directly enhances patient care. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Integrate systems seamlessly, with a preference for experience in Salesforce integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customised solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility standards.
  • Maintain code quality through rigorous code reviews, testing, and integration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
  • Proficiency in modern web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue, React, or Angular.
  • Experience with any general purpose programming language (e.g., Go, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java) and are open to learning Go.
  • Comfortable with Mac/Linux/Unix environments.
  • A good grasp on any mainstream database management system. SQL based ones are preferred.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration practices.
  • Salesforce experience is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
