About the Role

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will lead the scaling of our technology team and drive the expansion of our product suite across private equity and private debt markets. You will work closely with the executive leadership team, providing both hands-on technical expertise and strategic direction to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the technology team, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
• Drive product innovation and expansion, ensuring solutions meet the evolving needs of private equity and debt markets.
• Develop and execute the technology strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with leadership, including investors and stakeholders, to shape the company’s technology roadmap.
• Remain hands-on where needed, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Oversee architecture and infrastructure decisions, ensuring security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in private equity, private debt, or private banking.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment technology, and SaaS platforms.
• A track record of scaling high-performing technology teams in a growth-stage or expansionary environment.
• Hands-on technical expertise, with the ability to balance strategic vision with execution.
• Experience working with C-level executives, investors, and external partners.
• Ideally based in Belgium or Luxembourg or willing to relocate.
