Talent-IT will start in April 2025 with a Traineeship in which you will discover the world of COBOL development for +/- 4 weeks. Afterwards, you are ready to take your first steps as a COBOL developer with one of our three customers in Antwerp or Brussels. Throughout this adventure you will be personally and intensively guided by our mentors and by Talent-IT itself.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for 6 candidates who are motivated and enthusiastically looking for a new challenge. You have a Bachelor degree/thinking level. Affinity with IT/development is a really nice to have.

Required languages: Dutch+ English (for the customer in Brussels is French also a requirement).

We are looking for candidates who are motivated and eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and are dynamic and flexible.
