We are currently hiring a Senior Machine Learning engineer for a leading global technology consultancy that helps businesses unlock their full potential through the power of software, data, and AI. They collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive measurable business impact.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Machine Learning Engineer to a team of ML experts. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for various clients across a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance and scalable ML services.
• Develop and maintain ML CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• Train, evaluate, and scale machine learning models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Implement ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Azure, Docker, GitHub, and Terraform.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and related tooling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data transformation frameworks (e.g., Spark), and big data solutions (especially Databricks).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client communication.
• Excellent communication and fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in data architecture and database architecture.
• Experience with project management using agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluency in German.
