Project Manager / Project Lead – Hedge Fund

A global investment management firm is seeking an experienced global Transformation Project Manager to drive strategic change initiatives. Based in Dublin and reporting into senior leadership in New York, this role is instrumental in enhancing efficiency, streamlining operations, and improving data governance and architecture across the business.

The Role:

• Lead business transformation projects, with a primary focus on data architecture and governance.
• Develop and implement data-driven processes that enhance firm-wide efficiency and decision-making.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to identify operational inefficiencies and process improvements.
• Standardize and document workflows to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry best practices.
• Drive cross-team collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between technology, operations, and investment teams.
• Implement new processes, systems, and automation to support data strategy and governance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Deep expertise in alternative asset management, with a strong focus on data governance, data architecture, and operational efficiency. Buy side firm experience is desired.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects, handling technical complexities related to data and business process automation.
• Strong understanding of middle and back-office functions, including data management, risk, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Exposure to complex transactions and structures is a plus.
