For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote

Job type: B2B via Hays Poland

Rate: 80 - 95 net+vat/h

Length: 6 months+

Start date: mid October/early November.

We’re looking specialist to:

We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience in product and web interface design (minimum 4 years) and is ready to take responsibility for their processes and tasks. Great if you have knowledge of best practices and the latest design trends. You have an ease with project communication, you can speak the technical language of the team and stakeholders on the client side. You are characterized by a high aesthetic sense. Moreover, you can receive and give feedback, and working with different types of personalities is no mystery to you.

• Participation in usability testing
• Conducting discovery workshops
• Responsibility for processes and tasks

What we expect from you:

Must Have:

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer for applications and websites
• You can show off and present your portfolio to us
• You know how to conduct user testing and how to prepare usability audits
• You are familiar with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
• You naturally create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and the team
• You prepare desk reserch and competitive analysis
• You have basic technical knowledge due to working closely with the development team
• You communicate fluently in English - at least at the C1 level

Nice to Have:

• You have experience working in a software house
