Digital Experience Designer / UX

GN Group
Poland · Full-time · Associate

Our team is on a mission to transform our enterprise headset and meeting room device business with great digital services as an integral part of what it means to be a Jabra user or customer.

As our new Digital Experience Designer, you will be part of Experience Design Digital UX. You are a passionate human being who enjoys turning complex concepts and technical structures into efficient, simple, and user-friendly experiences. You will collaborate closely with your UX, Software Development, and Software Product Management colleagues in Poland and Denmark.

We are looking for a curious and collaborative UX designer with an innovative, hands-on and design-oriented mindset, who feels comfortable in a changing environment. The direction may not always be crystal clear, but with a positive attitude and a high level of energy, you can maintain focus and stay productive. You place importance on an insightful grasp of user and customer needs, recognizing this as essential for progressing, by asking pertinent questions and examining feasible strategies. When new services enter the backlog, you will get the chance to follow the concepts all the way into delivery.

Your resolve is apparent, and you stand prepared for an intense period of skill acquisition. You are comfortable with the design process and engaging with users doing research, and you believe in your own judgment.

As a UX designer at Jabra you report to the Head of Digital UX and Experience Design. You will be part of the Experience Product Management team together with Experience and Software Product Managers, Experience designers and Digital UX. The Experience Product Management team is a hybrid team, with product management and experience design centered in Copenhagen and Digital UX centered in Warsaw.

Ideally, you bring the following skills to our team:

  • Your design philosophy prioritizes user needs, alongside a solid grasp of theoretical principles, ensuring alignment among business goals, technological possibilities, and user interactions
  • You have experience in digitally focused product UX design or service design
  • You have experience with providing user and context exploration and research
  • You analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to synthesize insights that can inform and support decision-making
  • You creatively present your ideas and visualize solutions and experiences while they pass through various maturity levels
  • You can facilitate a design-driven process

We don’t have any specific requirements for your educational background, since we know that UX designers come from all kinds of different backgrounds. It is advantageous if you have an interest in audio or video in various contexts.

Passioned and competent colleagues

While your daily work will be to support the discovery work in Experience Product Management, your base will be in a team together with 4 other experienced designers who are enthusiastic about UX and service design along with a team of Digital UX designers supporting our software development.

The primary responsibility of the Experience Design team is to explore, define and mature experiences before product conception and development start up. Our team contributes to the business and our strategic allies by sharing our comprehensive expertise and a deep-seated inquisitiveness about the needs and perspectives of users.
