Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives. Lead digital transformation and automation.

Maintain and develop IT infrastructure, IT tools development and data management systems to ensure high performance and scalability.

Oversee the adoption of advanced technologies to optimize logistics operations, enhance customer experience, and improve internal processes.

Ensure IT security and compliance with local and international regulations. Manage risk assessments and incident response.

Develop and manage the IT budget, optimize costs, and ensure cost-effective investments in technology.

IT project management, prioritize initiatives, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, skill development, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to integrate IT solutions seamlessly into business operations.

What We Expect:

5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or service industries.

Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks.

Experience in cybersecurity, IT compliance, and risk management.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational stability and efficiency.

Fluent English language skills.
