User Experience Designer Internship

At Hubinit (Fuuss AI Project), we are at the forefront of AI-powered product innovation, creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that redefine how users interact with Generative AI and machine learning technologies. Currently in stealth mode, we are a fast-moving AI startup, looking for creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer Interns to help shape the look and feel of our cutting-edge applications.

We believe design is the bridge between technology and human experience, and we are looking for someone who can rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver exceptional AI-driven user experiences.

As a UX/UI Designer Intern, you will work on designing intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing interfaces for AI-powered applications. You will be responsible for wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, ensuring that our AI solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and highly functional.

This 100-day unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in a high-speed AI product development environment, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and AI researchers.

✅ User-Centered Design: Conduct research and implement UX/UI best practices to optimize AI-driven user interactions.

✅ Wireframing & Prototyping: Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

✅ AI-Driven UI/UX Innovation: Develop user-friendly interfaces for AI applications, ensuring ease of use, clarity, and engagement.

✅ Usability Testing: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate design decisions.

✅ Design System & Components: Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components for scalability.

✅ Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure smooth design-to-developmentimplementation.

✅ Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure that designs are responsive, accessible (WCAG standards), and optimized for all devices.

✅ Rapid Iteration: Adapt quickly to feedback and user testing results, refining designs in an agile workflow.

🔹 Experience: Prior UX/UI design experience (academic projects, bootcamps, freelance work, or personal portfolios).

🔹 Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.

🔹 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Ability to create responsive, mobile-first designs.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, etc.).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (React) is a plus.

⭐ Familiarity with motion design, animations, and micro-interactions using Lottie or After Effects.

⭐ Knowledge of UX research methods (A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools).
