E-Learning and Graphics Designer

We're looking for a motivated and driven E-Learning and Graphics Designer who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

You will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that enhances the learning experience for our employees and partners. You will work on e-learning modules, graphical designs, training materials, and our LMS platform FlixUni. Your focus will be to ensure that our LMS offerings are both effective and aesthetically appealing. The role has a strong Operations focus.

This role will be based in Warsaw. We have hybrid working model.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Design and Development

• Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for e-learning modules, training videos, and other educational materials.
• Develop design concepts that align with Flix's brand guidelines and enhance the learning experience.
• Design interactive elements and user interfaces for our LMS platform to improve usability and engagement.
  
  

Innovation and Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our learning materials.
• Collaborate with eLearning designers to ensure that learning content is presented in an engaging and accessible way and be ready to “get your hands dirty” to carry out implementation yourself.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the visual presentation of our LMS – FlixUni, as well as training material consistency.
  
  

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects relating to the digital learning ecosystem simultaneously, working as part of an operations-focussed department
• Maintain organized documentation for all your projects.
• Roll up your sleeves and be responsible for project delivery from A to Z by doing work yourself, as well as collaborating with different subject matter experts
  
  

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Education
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an LMS or educational context.
• Proficiency in design software and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience designing for digital platforms and a solid understanding of user interface and experience design principles.
• Skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, with a focus on digital and interactive content.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of typography, color, and composition.
• Additional Skills
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles is advantageous.
• Fluency in English (important as we create all content in English), any other language is a plus.
