OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We are seeking a skilled R&D Tech Lead to lead and innovate within our research and development team. In this role, you will drive the technical direction of cutting-edge projects, mentor and guide a team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of our products and technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Innovation

In this role, you will drive the technical direction of cutting-edge projects, mentor and guide a team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of our products and technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Lead the development and architecture of new products and technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Explore and implement new technologies, frameworks, and approaches that push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Define and drive the technical vision for R&D projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with product and business teams to align technical goals with company objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Facilitate collaboration across different teams to ensure efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Address complex technical challenges, proposing and implementing creative solutions.
- Lead the identification and resolution of issues that impact the performance and reliability of R&D products.
- Conduct research to explore new technologies and techniques that can improve product development processes.
- Experiment with innovative approaches, technologies, and methodologies to drive forward-thinking product development.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure that best practices, technical insights, and findings are effectively shared within the team.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.
- Proven experience in research and development, with a strong focus on innovation and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system development.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Experience with new technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
- Ability to mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
