The role requires a self-starter with a firm sense of accountability and ownership for the project lifecycle and solid knowledge of the tools and elements of project management.

• Hardware or systems background to understand how technology changes impact our ability to grow.
• Ability to use project management techniques to complete physical or development tasks
• Ability to script using SQL.
• Ability to dive into a complex data set, find the hidden truth, and transform it into a plan of action.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• You will be a part of a global team that provides 24x5 support to help customers with the right resources at the right time.
• When customers cannot resolve issues themselves, your job is to ensure we have the tools and processes to fix the problem quickly.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team challenges.
• Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
• Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.
• You will also troubleshoot technical problems for the team.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organisations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Cloud.

Minimum / Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent, and, practical experience.
• Good SQL scripting skills
• Project/Program Management Experience of at least 2 - 4 Years
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
• Knowledge of cloud computing (i.e. certifications, internships, coursework, etc.).
• Basic Cloud Foundation, including networking, logging and monitoring, security, and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, follow-through, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and effective communication skills.
