• Define and enforce naming conventions for reports, metrics, and columns;
• Maintain a data dictionary/catalog for standard references;
• Ensure data consistency and compliance across BI;
• Automate Tableau extracts and Hyper file generation;
• Optimize report performance and refresh schedules;
• Integrate Tableau with Airflow and Athena (SQL) for automated data processing;
• Manage version control in GIT for BI assets;
• Assist product analysts with table creation and subscriptions following internal guides;
• Provide support in report structuring and Tableau governance;
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new analysts in BI standardization processes.

We need your professional experience:

• 2+ years in BI engineering, analytics, or data governance;
• Strong Tableau and SQL (Athena) skills;
• Understanding of data standardization, compliance, and governance;
• Knowledge of GIT for version control;
• Python for automation will be a plus;
• Knowledge of Airflow/DBT for automation will be a plus.
