We are looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in Accela Civic Platform to lead and manage technical implementations, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Accela scripting (JavaScript), workflow automation, web services, and database management. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Accela Implementation & Customization:
• Design, develop, and configure Accela Civic Platform solutions for permitting, licensing, code enforcement, and other modules.
• Customize Accela using JavaScript, Accela Scripting (AScripts), and Accela APIs.
• Configure Accela Workflow, Reports, and Dashboards based on business needs.
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts.
• Define best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Integration & Development:
• Develop and maintain integrations between Accela and other enterprise systems (e.g., GIS, CRM, Payment Gateways, Document Management Systems).
• Utilize Accela Construct APIs, SOAP/RESTful services, and scripting for system interoperability.
• Database & Performance Optimization:
• Work with SQL Server or Oracle databases for data management and optimization.
• Ensure efficient query execution and performance tuning.
• Stakeholder Management & Support:
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Accela configurations and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and system enhancements as needed.

• 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in Accela Civic Platform.
• Strong expertise in Accela scripting (JavaScript, AScripts, Expressions, Event Scripting).
• Hands-on experience with Accela APIs (Construct APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services).
• Experience with Accela Admin tools, including Civic Platform, Accela Citizen Access (ACA), and Accela Mobile.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle databases, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating Accela with third-party applications such as GIS, Document Management Systems, and Payment Gateways.
