Our direct Client is looking for Technical Scrum Master with Salesforce platform experience-9 Months Contract To Hire-Remote opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Experience working on Salesforce teams, meaning in an agile delivery lead role on a team that implements enhancements on the Salesforce platform

• Facilitate Agile execution, leading Scrum ceremonies and ensuring continuous delivery.

• Coach development teams, product owners, and leadership on Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile (SAFe)

• Work closely with engineering teams to build modern software development practices, improve DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Identify and remove technical and process impediments that impact team efficiency.

• Define Agile success metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Agile software development, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and DevOps tools.

• Experience leading Agile transformations in enterprise organizations.

• Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model.

• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

• Strong and assertive communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Certifications such as CSM, SAFe SPC, or PMI-ACP are preferred.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.

The salary range for this role is 110-120 k/annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
