Job Description

We are seeking a Network Systems Engineer to support the installation, administration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

  • The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to cloud migration projects.
  • This role involves working with on-premise and cloud-based network components, optimizing Azure and Office 365 environments, and managing virtualized systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain servers and IT systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage and support network components, including both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting incidents and identifying infrastructure risks.
  • Participate in cloud migration projects, configuring and optimizing Azure and Office 365 products.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems.
  • Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 administration.
  • Work with virtualized environments (VMware) and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Support networking and switch management to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of cloud and containerization technologies (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Windows systems administration (a Master’s degree is a plus).
