What You’ll Do?

🔥 Engineer solutions that drive the business forward — solve real-world challenges with smart, scalable systems.

🚀 Deliver high-quality code — on time, every time — because excellence is non-negotiable.

🔍 Ensure reliability — automated testing and observability will be your best friends.

🛠 Own the tech stack — you’ll shape and refine our Nest.js, AWS, Docker, and Terraform ecosystem.

🤝 Collaborate across teams — work closely with support engineers, financial analysts, and risk officers to keep LIBERNETIX at the cutting edge.

What You Bring?

✅ FinTech expertise — especially in payments or banking.

✅ Proven leadership — you’ve led teams, prioritised work, reviewed PRs, and kept projects on track.

✅ Testing & monitoring know-how — because great systems don’t just run — they thrive.

✅ Tech stack experience:

- Frontend: React + TypeScript

- Backend: TypeScript, Node.js (preferably NestJS)

- Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, and ideally Terraform

✅ CI/CD pro — you’ve built seamless deployment pipelines.

✅ Database & messaging expertise — relational and document databases, queues, and brokers.

📍 Remote-friendly, but we’d love for you to visit Riga a few times a year.

💬 Fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
