SEO Team Lead

We are seeking an SEO Team Lead to lead our organic content team!

We’re seeking an SEO Team Lead who is goal-driven and has experience in both on-site and technical SEO. The ideal candidate is hands-on and able to lead a team effectively while also making a personal impact on SEO goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute effective SEO strategies to boost performance;
• Set clear goals and assign tasks to team members for smooth implementation;
• Lead and develop the organic content team in reaching goals;
• Share actionable insights and implement new site initiatives;
• Audit technical SEO and content;
• Oversee onsite optimization projects;
• Drive business growth using best SEO tactics and practices;
• Stay on top of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an SEO Team Lead;
• Great at staying organized and managing multiple tasks;
• Experience running successful SEO campaigns, whether in-house or at an agency;
• Strong with data - able to interpret it and take action based on insights;
• Comfortable working with different search engine analytics tools;
• Able to understand web analytics and use that info to improve SEO;
• Strong attention to detail - the more you catch, the better!;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The salary range for this position is €3,200 – €4,000 gross. However, we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
