Team Lead Software Development

A leading provider of corporate services, helping organizations enhance governance, investor relations, and compliance through digital solutions. The company operates across multiple European markets and beyond, serving thousands of clients, including listed and private companies, advisors, and public organizations.

• Lead a team of 5+ developers, balancing hands-on coding (50%) with mentorship and team management.
• Design scalable, cloud-based solutions and oversee development of high-quality software.
• Conduct code reviews, address technical challenges, and ensure best practices in security and development.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align business needs with technical execution.
• Drive Agile methodologies and continuously improve workflows, tools, and team performance.
• Maintain documentation for onboarding, knowledge transfer, and software development processes.
• Occasionally travel to collaborate with offshore teams.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• 2+ years leading software development teams.
• Strong expertise in AWS/Azure, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React.js or Angular) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Gitflow, IaC).
• Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks is a plus.
