Summer Trainee Operations Engineer

Do you want to join us during the summer as an Operations Engineer and operate Telia Company’s Nordic and Baltic network, which is the largest in the region. You will monitor and operate our networks to provide maximum performance and availability for our customers.

We ensure excellent customer experience 24/7/365, you as a summer trainee will support the 24/7 teams during daytime. We are looking to onboard you as an Operations Engineer with a genuine interest in technology, and a problem-solving and simplifying mindset, who can prioritize and handle multiple tasks with ease under pressure.

As a Summer Trainee Operations Engineer , you’ll...

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations of our network and services. You will monitor and manage incidents with an end-to-end perspective, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. Your role also includes controlling planned implementations and changes as part of the change management process. In addition, you will handle critical situations, trigger problem management processes, and follow up on their resolution. This is a dynamic and collaborative role where you will work closely with other teams to enhance your technical skills and contribute to a world-class customer experience.

Who We're Looking For…

We are looking for someone passionate about technology and customer service, with a strong desire to learn and grow. You have a technical background and are eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

You should have completed or be pursuing a degree in a technical or engineering field. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, as strong communication skills are essential for this role. You are adaptable, curious, and service-oriented, with the ability to manage complex issues independently.
