About:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI professional with deep expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and NLP, strong programming abilities, and hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms. Experience in the banking/financial sector is a big plus, along with the ability to manage the entire AI project lifecycle while ensuring compliance, data security, and innovation. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end GenAI model development from design to deployment using Agile and DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven product features.
• Monitor AI model performance, implement improvements, and stay updated on GenAI advancements.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster partnerships for knowledge sharing and product success.
• Develop and execute system test plans for GenAI platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong background in AI/ML, statistics, or engineering.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, JavaScript, HTML, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in regulated environments with AI solutions.
