JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Product Manager to lead the end-to-end research, product management, and implementation of AI-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and business objectives, ensuring that AI initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and product management skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision:
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and solutions.
• Align AI product initiatives with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Identify new opportunities to integrate AI into existing and future product offerings.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
• Serve as the go-to expert for AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
• Stay updated on the latest AI advancements, tools, and best practices to inform product development.
• Provide guidance on technical feasibility and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Product Management and Delivery:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to develop and launch AI-driven products.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and iteration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business leaders, customers, and partners to understand pain points and opportunities for AI applications.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders effectively.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI products.
• Use insights to iterate and enhance product offerings.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
• Address ethical considerations and risks associated with AI technologies, including data privacy and bias.
• Ensure compliance with relevant AI regulations and standards.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or as an AI SME, preferably in technology-driven organizations.
