Position Overview:

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our Group Actuarial team.
• Develop and deploy data-driven solutions using R, RShiny, Python, and SQL to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Web Scrapping technologies to extract, analyze, and model unstructured data.
• Work with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to design scalable and efficient data pipelines and environments.
• Leverage analytics: Mathematics and Statistics, modelling and modern machine learning techniques, Optimization.
• Understand complex databases and perform data management, cleaning, transformation and visualization.
• Build intuitive user interfaces using tools such as Shiny or Dash, enabling non-technical users to easily interact with predictive models and analytics dashboards.
• Create and maintain predictive analytics models, dashboards, automation program and other data-driven tools for technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, cloud computing, and AI to continuously improve data products.
• Knowledge of actuarial concepts is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Actuarial or any related field.
• Experience level depending on the profile.
