Senior Software Engineer

I am on the look for a Senior Software Engineer to join my clients growing team. 10 + employees at the moment and looking to grow that as demand increases.
They are a FinTech startup who are well funded and based in the Sydney CBD.
Their stack involves Golang for their APIs, PHP/Laravel, AWS and their mobile applications are Native.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Senior member of their Engineering team, working on the backend development of their platform.
• Mentor and lead junior members of the team in using best practices and coding principles.
• Working with Golang with a strong focus on API development. Also working on PHP/Laravel which is their main backend platform.

Requirements:

• Golang experience is a must - 5 + years within the finance / payments sector would be ideal.
• Knowledge or willingness to work with PHP/Laravel.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast paced environment.

Sydney based hybrid role.
Salary ranging between $145,000 - $170,000 + Super
Must have full working rights to be eligible for this role.
