Role definition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Escalation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SDWAN technology, wireless network design, and datacenter network management. This role involves providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for critical network issues.

Expected qualification and critical experiences –

• Understanding of SDWAN NW Design, deploy, and troubleshoot SDWAN solutions with a focus on expert-level proficiency.
• Provide specialized support for Velocloud SDWAN deployments and troubleshooting.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Offer expert-level support for Cisco wireless solutions.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot datacenter networks, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Handle support escalations for critical network issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Work with team and provide solution to long pending issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• Document network designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Mandatory Skills and Certification:

• Proven expertise in SDWAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Velocloud SDWAN is a plus.
• Strong experience in wireless network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Cisco wireless solutions is a plus.
• Expert-level proficiency in datacenter network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
