Location: Lisbon or Porto (60% Remote, 40% On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructures using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud environments.
  • Optimize and manage Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and containerized workloads.
  • Automate operational tasks with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Monitor cloud environments using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
  • Enforce cloud security best practices—IAM policies, network security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud applications and enhance DevOps workflows.
  • Drive cost optimization and apply FinOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)—Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access control.
  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

Nice To Have

  • Relevant cloud certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
  • Experience with Service Mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions).
  • Background in FinOps and cloud cost management.

Language Requirement: English B2 level.

  • Implementar as melhores práticas de segurança na nuvem—políticas IAM, segurança de rede e frameworks de conformidade.
  • Colaborar com as equipes de desenvolvimento para otimizar aplicativos na nuvem e melhorar os fluxos de trabalho DevOps.
  • Implementar estratégias de otimização de custos e aplicar as melhores práticas de FinOps.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada como Engenheiro(a) Cloud DevOps com expertise em AWS, GCP ou Azure.
  • Forte experiência com ferramentas CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
  • Experiência prática com Kubernetes e orquestração de containers.
  • Conhecimento avançado em Infraestrutura como Código (IaC)—Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.
  • Sólido entendimento de segurança na nuvem, gestão de identidade e controle de acesso.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog).
  • Fortes habilidades de automação e script em Bash, Python ou Go.
