We’re on the lookout for a passionate Product Management Manager to join our dynamic team.
Purpose of Role
Responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of all products and services including core and ancillary under company brand hierarchy and to support promotional activities within the framework of developing the product/service in line with customer needs and meeting company KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision and customer needs.
- Define a product go-to-market strategy for existing and new product and services including sales channel distribution and customer segmentation.
- Responsible for Product based P&L preparation and accountability for EBITDA for related product group including budget preparation and performance review
- Innovate and enhance all products & services to improve customer satisfaction and increase market competitiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of product development projects.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization, through development, to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with design & architect and operations teams to create a seamless lounge experience.
- Monitor customer feedback mechanisms and ensure continuous improvement based on customer insights.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making adjustments to strategy and execution as necessary.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective promotion of responsible product & services.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the lounge and hospitality sector.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Regularly review and update product offerings to maintain alignment with industry best practices.
- Regular performance check with Sales & Operations department to ensure proper Product Description in the market for prospect and existing customer and monitor yearly target realization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years experiences in a similar area
- Experience in hospitality sector is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
- Advanced level of English written and spoken
