Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Assistant (Web3 / Recruitment) at BlockDelta. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting in a variety of areas which include recruitment, resourcing, along with an aspect of sales support and delivery.

Experience and Requirements

• Operations and Operations Management skills
• Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service proficiency
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
• Proficiency in web3 technologies and blockchain concepts
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field
• An understanding of Recruitment (Web3 / AI) and a desire to further your career in this area
• Attending Web3 Events locally and internationally and a willingness to promote company brand to an international audience
• Managing and promoting Social platforms
