ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product ownership of Custom Fleet’s EV charging infrastructure, ARC. You will apply comprehensive knowledge of Custom Fleet’s products and services in executing activities and requests. This position will play a key role assisting the business with in and up selling of products as the foundation for the long-term retention and growth of Custom Fleet’s customers.

Duties will include (but not limited to) –

• Portfolio performance – understanding the drivers of profitability and extract/ deliver value at a Product/ Element level to drive growth in the business
• Driving a culture of continuous process improvement and simplification to ensure both operational efficiencies and an optimal customer experience

Ensuring that the product value proposition is clearly articulated internally and to our customers

Managing the profitability of the allocated portfolio and product stream

Overall ownership of all facets of the portfolio across ANZ including Sales, Customer Experience, Risk or Finance

Supporting the sales teams providing product insights, specifics and ensuring that collateral, Policy & Procedures and training materials are relevant and accurate.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will portray the following -

Tertiary qualified in a business/finance/accounting related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered in Lieu of degree.

Prior experience in a Product role (ideally in the EV space).

Collaborates with others across the organization coupled with building and maintaining productive working relationships

Work autonomously with solid problem-solving skills, personal resilience and the ability to think like a customer.

Be innovative in their approach and open to change

Is articulate with the ability to convey information in a clear, confident manner both verbally and written.
