Oil and Gas Training Coordinator

ISS International SpA is looking for a Training Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in training coordination within the oil and gas industry to join an international project in Doha, Qatar.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing all training activities and ensuring their successful execution. Key tasks include:

• Updating and maintaining the Training Program throughout its development.
• Coordinating training courses provided by vendors and external providers.
• Managing the preparation and delivery of training materials and documentation.
• Preparing and tracking training schedules and course progress.
• Supervising training conducted by vendors and Contractor Instructors.
• Preparing and submitting Training Progress Reports.

• Location: Doha, Qatar (Office)
• Rotation: 91 days on / 16 off
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Contract Duration: 4 months (extendable)
