Job Description:

• Implement and manage DLP solutions to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Monitor and respond to alerts generated from DLP systems and other technologies.
• Maintain DLP technology, configure policies, and compile reports for analytics.
• Collaborate on the DLP rule development lifecycle including policy development, response rules, and maintenance.
• Work with vendors to implement and support DLP technology, including troubleshooting and upgrading.
• Serve as a DLP subject matter expert within the organization.
• Conduct user access rights reviews, implement role-based access control (RBAC), and prepare compliance reports.
• Participate in security incident response activities related to data loss prevention.
• Provide training and support to staff on DLP best practices

Must Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the daily operation, maintenance, and monitoring of DLP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any technical field.
• Strong knowledge of DLP technologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
