Production Supervisor - WPC

One of our clients in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Production Manager or Supervisor for their team in Oman.

Role Overview:

The Production Manager/Supervisor will oversee daily operations in a Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement production schedules and workflows.
• Manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure product quality through inspections and control measures.
• Enforce safety and compliance regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
• Prepare reports and analyze production data for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of WPC manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of quality control and safety regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in WPC manufacturing or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing management, or a related discipline.
