We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis and Excel but also possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to derive valuable insights from data. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their specific data requirements and provide specialized reports or analyses tailored to their needs.
• Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights to improve business processes, enhance user experience, and drive decision-making.

Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong background in quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Mandatory experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
