Network Engineer

The Company:

A large multinational organization with over 50 different locations across ANZ and over 3000 employees is looking to hire a technical support professional to join their IT support team.

The company provides fully integrated essential services for infrastructure and facilities management.

The Role:

You will join a team of 5 people providing technical support to the internal employees of the business, this is a level 3 support role, and you will be dealing with a range of technical issues and troubleshooting.

Key criteria:

• Excellent working knowledge of Active Directory - troubleshooting of group policies
• The ability to configure firewalls - experience with switches
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
• Must be proficient with IT security protocols
• Solid communication skills both verbal and written

The role is working in the Blacktown location NSW and will require candidates to be in the office 3 days per week with two day working remotely / home
