Agile Delivery Manager – Agile Coach / Digital Transformation


Global Brand - Up to £72,000 Basic Salary + Excellent Benefits – Hybrid Working / London


18 Months Fixed Term Contract


Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand whose work benefits both society and the natural world, this is truly an exceptional organisation. We are seeking a talented Delivery Manager to deliver a transformation programme, providing Agile coaching and adoption of Agile throughout the organisation. The Delivery Manager will optimise their digital product teams, ensuring efficient workflows and continuous improvement.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals, working with senior management and stakeholders. Ensure risks are identified and mitigated, resources are allocated, and preparatory work is completed.
  • Act as an advocate for Agile methodologies across the business.
  • Help teams apply the most effective Agile methodologies and tools for planning and delivery.
  • Lead group sessions for cross-functional teams, including retrospectives, planning meetings, and project kick-offs, to drive collaboration and success.
  • Assist digital managers in problem-solving, organising contractors, and facilitating effective communication within and outside the team.
  • Organise activities, workshops, and social events that strengthen team bonds and foster a positive working environment.
  • Exercise cost control, manage expenditure within the agreed budget, and ensure adherence to compliance policies.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced Delivery Manager with demonstrable experience in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product managers, designers, and software developers.
  • Proficient in applying concepts and techniques from multiple Agile (and related) methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Qualifications in project and programme management (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • Extensive project experience with a proven track record of delivery.


Package Details:

  • Up to £72,000 base salary.
  • Hybrid working—3 days in the London office, 2 days working from home.
  • 15% pension contribution.
