About CO-architecture

CO-architecture is a fast-growing startup marketplace designed to support interior designers and architects by providing a seamless platform for business decisions, client connections, and industry collaboration.


We are now looking for a Graduate Full-Stack Developer with an interest in no-code/low-code solutions to help us build, optimize, and automate our platform as we scale. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in tech and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.


Role Overview

As a Graduate Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work across both traditional development and no-code/low-code tools, helping to scale our platform, enhance user experience, and automate processes. You’ll be working closely with our experienced team, gaining mentorship and exposure to real-world projects.


This is a fantastic learning opportunity for a motivated graduate who wants to grow in a startup, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of our platform using a mix of full-stack and no-code/low-code solutions.

Integrate APIs and automation workflows to enhance platform functionality.

Work on improving performance and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Help develop internal tools and automation to improve business processes.

Troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and test for quality assurance.


What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of full-stack development
  • Familiarity with No-Code/Low-Code tools is a bonus.
  • A problem-solving mindset – ability to think creatively and work within platform limitations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working on personal projects, internships, or university hackathons.
  • Interest in AI automation and workflow optimisation.
