Okta is looking for a Security Culture (SC) Intern to conduct Security analytics, reporting and administration to assist the Security culture team generate tailored baselines, metrics and profiling across the organisation. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, curious, and motivated. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. A strong candidate is flexible with change, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to advance their career in Security.Security Interns are responsible for assisting the SC Team in planning, researching, and strategising as they lead sustainable change across the company. The Security Culture intern will help find the right people to connect with across the organisation, to build out data led Security Culture intelligence, and formatting data in to be consumable as needed
This will be a 6 month, 3 day a week internship, with two days in the office in North Sydney.

Responsibilities:
- Support the SC team conducting internal and external research
- Utilise tools available to create dashboards
- Network with the global security team, including security leadership
- Schedule strategic and delivery based workshops
- Utilise active listening skills to contribute to understanding current security culture at Okta
- Support the establishment and management of the Okta security People Network
- Provide support for Oktas internal bug bounty program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process
- Highly motivated and driven individual
- A desire to grow and advance a career in Security
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
